Dzogchen West periodically offers free online guided meditation meetings. We call this an e-Be.

In case you need help figuring out the simple technology to participate, here's a guide:

1. What You Need:

Just about any computer (desktop or laptop), tablet or smartphone - or even a plain old telephone;

2.   Get Ready:

    If you plan to use a tablet or smartphone:

a) download the GoToMeeting app, which is free, from: Apple App Store, Google Play or Windows Phone Store

b) optionally test your connection ahead of time by clicking here: 
(or else entering that link into the browser on your device)

or If you plan to use a computer or laptop:

a) in this case you will also need:

      i)   Speakers (built-in or external) or headphone;

      ii)   Optional Microphone (built-in or external) if you want to ask questions;

      iii)   Optional webcam if you want others to be able to see you.

b) optionally test your connection ahead of time, by clicking here:

c) The very first time you join using a computer, it may ask to automatically download a small app. 

Say yes to this, and you should arrive in the meeting “room” a few moments later. 

Don’t forget to breathe, relax and smile!

3.    E-Be:

a) Find a comfortable place to sit, smile, breathe and Be.

b) Between 7 and 7:15 pm on the day, you can join us:
